Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

At Velor, return and exchange services are available only on non-sale purchases, in accordance with our standard policy.


Exchange Policy

You are eligible for an exchange if the product does not fit as expected.

The exchange window is 10 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • With original tags intact
  • Packed in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

If your desired size is unavailable, you may:

  • Choose an alternative product of the same value, or
  • Opt for store credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue
